Hi Folks, We like your eggs a lot. Omega 3 foods are a large part of our diet. We like the long best by" dates too. How do you do that? We don't get that much time with any other egg. Give Heather a hug for us. Sincerely, Craig M. GA

Your Vegetarian Eggs are available at my local grocery store, and they are the only sort I will buy. I've read about the horrific conditions in factory egg farms -- the mutilations, forced molts and all, and that's bad enough and knowing that it is a regular practice to feed these poor hens their own waste matter (no wonder people get food poisoning from eggs!), I really considered giving up on any but locally-raised eggs. These are hard to find, however, and often prohibitively expensive. Your Vegetarian eggs remind me of the ones we got from our flock when I was a kid -- bright golden yolks that stand up in the pan, cohesive whites (unlike the watery ones of conventional eggs) and flavor! These are excellent eggs. We used to feed our hens on grain and clover, and Egg Innovations eggs are the closest I have found to our homegrown eggs in flavor and consistency. I wish every store carried them! The boxes make handy mini-greenhouses, too, for starting seedlings in the springtime. Thank you for your good work. A. Richardson, VT

I tried your eggs this week. I got 2 double yolkers!! The eggs are fresh and wonderful. I will be buying them exclusively from now on. We had our own free range chickens that gave us the most beautiful golden-orange eggs for a few years. These remind us of that quality. I am strongly opposed to the maltreatment that takes place on factory farms. So, I was thrilled to see your eggs in the fresh fruit market that I shop at. Thank you for caring about the animals on your farms, and allowing them to live as chickens rather than machines. I enjoyed looking at the pictures from one of your farms and seeing that the chickens had their pointy beaks, instead of having them burned off like they would at factory farms. I just wanted to send you a note and let you know how happy I am with your eggs. My boyfriend has noticed a trend of getting headaches after eating eggs so he usually avoids them. I bought your eggs and he did not get a headache, tried it again and again and no headache. It seems it may be something the other hens are fed that triggers his headaches. My friend thinks I am nuts buying your eggs instead of the sale eggs but the price is well worth the difference. MWilber

I didn't think at first there would be any difference between the "factory" egg and yours. However, I noticed the shells are not as Calcified, the yolks are bigger, and a bright yellow. The eggs even taste different. Even though your eggs are the more expensive product, I buy them each and everytime. Since I brought my child into the world I have been watching more labels and trying to be consumer savy. she absolutley loves eggs and I thank your company for making a good effort keeping our American Farmers in business and a better world for our children. The addage "less is more" has become the norm for our family concerning the foods we eat. Less hormones and antibiotics, less pesticides, herbicides, and preservatives, and especially less corporate factory farming, processing, and animal cruelty SHOULD be very important to consumers. I beleive you have a superior product and I have turned others on to your eggs. Your company is proof that non-caged hens fed pure vegetable feed produce the freshest tasting and higher quality egg. Though your eggs may be a bit higher in price I do not hesitate to pay the extra money. The long term benefits out-weight the short term few cents saved. John R. GA

I love your eggs. The taste is remarkably better than anything else. When I am finished with the eggs I use the trays for my watercolor paints. I am an award wining watercolorist and the trays work better than anything sold in an art store. At least 20 of my artist friends are all eating your eggs and using your trays. I just wanted you to know that we purchase your products, based on your assurances of how your chickens are fed and raised. We strongly believe in natural products, and the humane treatment of animals. We are not activists - but we do believe in the environment and the need to recognize the importance of how we manage it. We also believe that animals must be treated in a humane way, even when they are in the food chain or producers of food products such as eggs. We realize there is some additional cost to such products, but we also believe that increasing the demand for them helps ensure good profits for the producers and helps reinforce the demand required to produce such products. I tried your eggs for the first time this morning and was very delited to see they had the bright color and great taste that my grandmother's eggs have. I grew up eating eggs fresh from my grandparent's farm and was very disappointed by the eggs I found in the grocery store. My omellettes never tasted as good as the ones back home and I thought I was fixing them wrong. When all this time it has just been poor quality of eggs. Love your eggs and am even more pleased that they're produced by "happy chickens". Just wanted to let you know that due to the fact that the eggs are of such fine quality, the shells are sturdy, I'm creating my quasi-Faberge Easter eggs using your brand. It's extremely difficult to chisel artwork with weak shells but your chickens' product is tough yet delicate. Hello, My local store just began carrying your eggs and I couldn't be happier! I've been a vegetarian for almost 15 years and recently began eating eggs again and feel like I can purchase your brand in good conscious. Normally I've had to choose between "cage-free" and "vegetarian". Also, I immediately look for a carton marked "animal care certified" but your carton didn't have one; confused I called the number on the back of the carton (in the middle of the store) and reached someone immediately who was able to tell me about your animal care standards. We are very concerned how farm animals are treated. After returning from a trip to Central America where we ate the best eggs we had ever eaten, we thought seriously about having our own free range chickens. I was surprised to find your eggs at our regular store and tried them. They are comparable to the ones we had eatten and it is much easier to buy yours than maintain healthy, happy chickens. First of all I want to say thank you for treating your animals so humanely. It is nice to find people who are caring and compassionate and maintain high quality standards. Secondly as you can see, I live in a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona and am unable to purchase your eggs (darn!). Would you happen to know of any places in Arizona where I could buy cage-free eggs out here? There are not a lot of choices so far that I have seen, but I feel so strongly about cage-free animals that I will wait until I find a company such as yours before I eat another one. I love your eggs. They have a nice rich flavor to them. The shells are sturdy. The insides are not small and watery like chemically produced eggs. Saying "I love eggs" in my case is a bit of an understatement. I eat eggs alomst every day. To me they are the perfect food, they are packed with vitamins and minerals, eggs are extremely versatile and they come in their own package! I've written before, but as a former chicken owner, I have to tell you again that I love your eggs, and the motives behind them. I sent my husband to the store for eggs, telling him "clear carton". He came home with "Eggland's Best" another brand sold at my Jewel. Of course, I'm using them, but I'm totally "brand-loyal". I really appreciate your Cage Free Egg philosophy. It makes me feel good to know that other people care about animals and that we humans don't need any more antibiotics, drugs, and animal by-products than we have already managed to ingest without thinking. I just finished the last egg in the box--a few days after its expy date--and it was delicious. I then started a new box (also organic) from from a different company (Nature's Yoke) which was six weeks away from expiring--and it was practically tasteless! I am very happy there is an alternative to the factory farmed egg product available to me. I recently questioned a company that sells both cage free and caged egg variety because I wasn't comfortable buying from company that isn't ommitted to humane treatment and welfare of it's animals. Their response was basically that it is a business and therefore the priority is highest profit. I am willing to pay more for a product that has a philosophy more in line with my own. I am amazed by how affectionate birds can be, and it breaks my heart that my birds' cousins are often treated so cruelly. To Whom It May Concern: Upon moving out to the suburbs with my husband, we began shopping at a new grocery store. That's where I first saw your Vegetarian Eggs. I was excited by the prospect, being a vegetarian and always wary about egg production. My husband, NOT a vegetarian, was reluctant to buy them at first, noting the price difference and convinced that all organic products "don't last as long or taste as good." However, when his mother (a lover of all things organic) came to town to view our new house, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to convince him to buy these eggs. "They're for her," I said. Once we did, he fell in love. They are so much bigger than the other "large" eggs. The yolks are firmer, they cook up fluffier and the taste is unbelievable -- they make all other eggs seem bland. Now I don't have to worry that I have to do the grocery shopping to ensure that we get these eggs, they are all he will bring home. I want to say THANK YOU for producing the best eggs I have ever eaten or used for baking. My husband went to buy our 'normal' brown eggs and the store was restocking the shelves and he did not see the usual brand. He asked the clerk if they had any brown eggs, and the clerks said 'sure' and handed him a carton of your eggs which happened to be the vegetarian ones. My husband decided to buy them, even though they were not the usual brand, mostly because the clerk handed them to him and he felt bad, didn't want the clerk to think he didn't appreciate his help, etc...ANYWAY...I see the eggs, think he is crazy until I made THE BEST sunnyside up egg EVER...and I do mean EVER...my highest praise would be the 'ultimate'...and your eggs are the ultimate. Growing up on a poultry farm many years ago, I was accustomed to quality eggs from hens that were allowed to run freely in large yards adjoining the hen-houses. The eggs that are in the stores today don't compare with those. When I discovered your eggs, they were a revelation. Not only are your hens well treated, a major plus in my mind, but your eggs are superb. Weeks after the "best by" date they are still great, with nicely rounded yolks that stand well above the white and taste delicious. Keep up your good work. I have to tell you...these are the best eggs I have ever had. I found them at a local grocery store about 8 months ago, and what a difference!!!! Firstly, when I tried to crack the first egg, it wouldnt break! I was so used to the flimsy regular eggs, I didnt realize that eggs were "supposed" to have a firm shell! Then, I saw how brightly colored the yolks were! Wow--your company sure lives up to everything that is stated on the box. I was at a new grocery store in Kenosha today, and I was in the egg aisle and grabbed a carton of Vege Cage free brown eggs, and I overheard one of the employees asking where the Omega eggs were. I pointed them out to him and he said, "Let me ask you a question...isnt an egg, just an egg? What is so different about these eggs?" Well that just opened the door for me! I went on about the color of the yolks, the firm shell, and how wonderful the flavor was! I told him he should give them a try---and I bet he will! Anyway, just wanted to praise you for making a wonderful product. It sounds like the chickens are treated very well and are fed natural food.
