Asparagus Bread- Egg Innovations

Serves: 2 Loaves

4 EGG INNOVATIONS EGGS

2 cups sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 Tablespoon vanilla

3-1/2 cups flour

1-1/2 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

¾ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup chopped walnuts

2 cup shredded raw asparagus

Cream together first four ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.

Stir in nuts and asparagus

Put into two greased loaf pans. Bake in 350° oven for one hour.
