Cheese and Sausage Brunch
| Serves: 4 - 6 |
| 6 slices bread
2 cups. Whole milk
1/4 tsp. Paprika
8 Egg Innovations Eggs
1 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
2 cups. sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1 lb. Bulk sausage, browned and drained
2 C. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 small can diced green chilies, drained |
| Trim crusts from bread, butter one side. Place buttered side down in 9 x 13
inch pan. Layer cheddar cheese, sausage, Monterrey Jack, green chilies. Beat
eggs, milk, pepper, paprika, mustard. Pour over layers. Chill overnight covered
with foil. Bake at 350° for 50 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting. |
