Country Breakfast

| 6 slices of bacon
4 C. cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped onions
6 Egg Innovations Eggs
4 oz. of Cheddar cheese

| Cook 6 slices of bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and pour off excess fat.
Add 4 cups cooked cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 2
tablespoons onion. Cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Break 6
Egg Innovations Eggs over potatoes and cook until eggs are done. Sprinkle
with 4 oz. of cheese and crisp bacon. Cover until cheese melts. |
