Baked French Toast
| Serves: 8 |
| 1 loaf white bread, cubed and divided
1 (8oz) pkg. Creme cheese, cubed
1 cup of milk
12 med. Egg Innovations Eggs
1/2 cup of maple syrup |
| Line bottom of 13 x 11 inch pan with bread cubes. Layer cream cheese cubes
on top of bread. Arrange remaining bread cubes on top cream cheese. Beat
together eggs, maple syrup and milk in large bowl. Pour over bread. Cover and
refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° until light golden brown about 45 minutes.
Serve with additional maple syrup. |
